FAQs

Customer Service Hours

We respond to messages Monday - Friday from 10am to 4:30pm EST. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during these hours.

Shipping and Turnaround Times

Due to the fact our products are handmade, please allow 5 days for us to create your order. You will have the ability to choose your shipping option during checkout.

  • The 5 Day Turnaround Time Doesn't Include Shipping Time
  • Weekends and National Holidays Are Not Included In Turnaround Time

Example 1: If you order on Friday September 1st, Your order will not ship until Wednesday September 6th.

Example 2: If you order on Friday September 1st and Wednesday September 6th is a National Holiday, Your order will ship on September 7th.

Refunds

If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours from receiving the order. We will do everything we can to be sure you are satisfied with your order, however, please note that we do not accept returns and/or refunds due to the custom nature of our products. We make your item according to name and color specifications you request so please double check your order for correctness.

Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests made after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the order. If the shipping label has been printed, your refund will also be less shipping fees.

Payments

We accept most major credit cards and Paypal.

 

Undeliverable Address

If an item is returned to us by the post office due to an undeliverable address, You have 2 options:

1.Customer will pay shipping to have the item shipped to a deliverable address
2. Buyer can receive a refund less shipping, rush order fees, and a cancellation fee for personalized orders (custom design, personalized with name, custom color)
